The Communist Manifesto (Red Phoenix Press)

Since the publication of the original, German-language edition of The Manifesto of the Communist Party – commonly known as The Communist Manifesto – in early 1848, the work has been translated into more than 80 languages and circulated widely, reaching virtually every country in the world. The concepts championed within this concise yet multifaceted political platform sparked workers movements and peoples’ revolutions throughout the twentieth century, and in the present day The Communist Manifesto remains one of the most influential documents in human history.

The edition contained herein is the 1888 English-language edition, translated by Samuel Moore in cooperation with Frederick Engels.
